We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and ACH transfers for annual plans. Enterprise customers can also opt for invoice-based billing with NET 30 terms. All payments are processed securely through After Dark Systems billing infrastructure.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, the new features are available immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Starter and Professional tiers include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start your trial. For Enterprise plans, we offer a customized POC (Proof of Concept) period to demonstrate value in your specific environment.
What happens if I exceed my usage limits?
When approaching your limits, you'll receive email notifications at 80% and 90% usage. If you exceed your monthly scan limit, additional scans are available at $0.10/scan (Starter) or $0.05/scan (Professional). Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher tier at any time. API rate limits return a 429 status code when exceeded.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?
Yes! We offer 50% discounts for verified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Additionally, we provide free Professional tier access to accredited researchers working on AI safety. Contact our sales team with documentation of your status to apply.
